The Cockburn Basketball Association is excited to announce it’s 2020 State Basketball League Fixtures, showing once again to have the most family-friendly home game line-up in Western Australia.

Featuring eight family-friendly timeslots with start times of four or five o’clock in the afternoon, the Cougar Family has the perfect opportunity to witness 2020’s new line-ups.

The season features a number of marquee home games, including a stand alone Easter Monday game, a twilight ANZAC weekend game, a women’s round and heritage round games.

The Cougar men will open the season a week earlier than everyone else with a stand alone feature against the Goldfields Giants at Wally Hagan Stadium on March 15 before heading up to Geraldton on March 21.

With exciting off-season additions in Perth Wildcats athlete Luke Travers and import John Harris to combine with Australian star Gavin Field, the men are primed for an exciting start to 2020.

The women will hit the court for the first time on March 28 against the Slammers, unveiling new import Alexandra Wittinger in front of the Cougar Family for the first time.

Both teams are set for vastly improved seasons, and it’s never been a better time to head to the den than for State Basketball League season 2020.

Information regarding 2020 membership will be released in mid-January.
