Below is a reminder of the principles guiding our Cougar Family’s decision making:
- Safety and Compliance for all staff and members – in line with the BWA basketball framework and City of Cockburn expectations.
- Sustainability and viability of our Association’s operations.
- Careful consideration of the number of barriers facing re-entry into the sport for some families in our community.
- Communication that is connected to our mission, correct and clear. We want to make sure you understand ‘the path out and beyond’
- Innovation that is connected to our values and adds to our family.
